My primary mission as a teacher is to encourage, motivate and inspire you to become the guitar player you want to be!

I don’t follow a “one size fits all” teaching method. Lessons are customized to fit your musical goals and aspirations. And most importantly I make sure the lessons are fun!

If you’re a beginner, I’ll teach you the essential chords and strumming patterns every guitarist needs to know. You’ll learn how to play your favorite songs along with basic music theory and improvisation so we can start jamming!

If you’re an intermediate player, I’ll take your playing to the next level. Maybe you’d like to explore a particular style of music in depth or take your technique up a few notches. Or your thinking it’s a good idea to finally learn how to read music notation, (it always is). Or you’ve been reading about “modes” but your still not getting the concept.

I’ll put it all together for you.

A teaching/studio environment that’s setup to record your playing and that gives valuable feedback on your progress. Hearing how you really sound is one of the best ways to improve your skills.
